This document describes how we process the personal data of visitors to www.lhoteckydvur.cz (the “website”). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Atelier Lhotecký dvůr s.r.o., Company ID 02891778, VAT ID CZ02891778, registered office at Lhotky 1, 547 01 Kramolna, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové.

2. What data we process
The website has no contact form or user accounts. We obtain personal data only in the following ways:
- When you contact us by e-mail or phone: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
- When you visit the website: your IP address, browser and device type, and access logs stored automatically by the hosting provider to keep the site secure.
- Data from cookies, only to the extent you have consented to in the cookie banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- Handling your enquiry and communicating about a project, i.e. steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Keeping the website secure and functional, based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Meeting accounting and tax obligations under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Traffic measurement and marketing via cookies, only with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Retention period
Enquiry data is kept while we negotiate and for the duration of the contractual relationship. Data on accounting documents is kept for the statutory period, generally 10 years. Technical access logs are kept for no longer than 30 days. Retention periods of individual cookies are listed in the Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised persons of the controller and to the following processors who operate the website for us:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) – website hosting and image storage. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Supabase Inc. – database for the website’s content management system.
- Google Ireland Ltd. – traffic measurement (Google Analytics) and video playback (YouTube), only after you consent to the respective cookie category.
We do not share data with any other third parties unless required by law.
6. Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the following rights:
- the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR),
- the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

7. Data security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and only authorised persons have access to the data.
